Carving pumpkins

We finally did it! I've been wanting to carve pumpkins for years, and we have just never gotten around to it. This year I told myself we were going to do it for sure, and I'm so glad we did. It was so much fun! (Except for cleaning out the pumpkin guts. Not my favorite part. But Emma sure did enjoy it!)

I realize that this is not a very becoming picture of me. I almost cropped myself out of it. Just focus on the cuties next to me, okay?

Glad you didn't crop yourself out! I definately think being pregnant is one of the greatest things ever, but even if you don't, it's how it is right now. It's part of the story!

Pumpking carving is such a fun and memerable tradition. As a kid I just remember thinking it was the coolest thing. I love how yours turned out.

You look like you stuffed one of those pumpkins under your shirt! You look great, with your little basketball baby in there.
