Every year in August we all go camping for the bowhunt. I think I've only missed one or two years in my whole life. We were fortunate to have all of our family up there at the same time. This was Emma's second bowhunt, but kind of her first, too. She wasn't mobile last time we went, and I'm pretty sure she didn't remember it all that well. But boy did she have a blast! It was that much more fun for me to watch her having so much fun. Even if I didn't get to finish Breaking Dawn while we were there. I'm already looking forward to next year!

Daddy even let her drive a little. Nothing like starting 'em young! Now at home she always tells us she wants to drive.

That's so fun, Emma is so beautiful! That's great that you get together and that everyone was there this time. It makes it for a wonderful time to make memories. All the photos look so cute.
Oh so much fun! So great to be starting such fun memories with Emma! It looks like it was filled with adventures. I'm glad that you guys had such a good time. And I'm so sorry about the wait to find out what you are having. That stinks that the doctor would all of a sudden schedule a trip out of town. Can't wait to hear the news!
What a fun camping trip! All those pictures and memories are so fun! That is funny that she always wants to drive and that she loved the four-wheelers! Smart girl!
Lauri- This is Crystal (Epperson) from high school... I don't know if you remember me, but I just wanted to say congrats! Emma is so beautiful and that is so exciting that you are expecting again. Good luck!!
Hey! I just found your blog through Jenny and Spencer's! Your family is SO CUTE!! I'm sure you are the best mom! Congratulations on the new little one also! Love, Blinky
How fun! Dave goes out to Vernal every year for the opening day of the bow hunt. I don't go with him right now, because I'd be ALL by myself as they go hunting, but I'm hoping when we start our family, we can make it a family tradition. Dave had the tradition of camping when he was young, and he loved it!
